Shipping Information
Brooke Kim Art provides free shipping within the United States unless otherwise specified. Shipping internationally is not available at this time. Please contact me if you are outside of the USA and want to purchase an item. Local pickup is available near Salt Lake City, Utah. Please contact brooke@brookekimart.com if you prefer this to take on less risk of damage to your item during shipping.
In most instances, items will be shipped out within 3 business days of purchase. Items will generally arrive within 5 business days through UPS.
Refund Policy
Brooke Kim Art does not accept returns for any reason.
Refunds are possible due to damage during shipping. If your item arrives broken, please take a picture of all sides of the box your item came in, the broken item, and let Brooke know within 72 hours of receiving your item.
Please note that Brooke Kim Art’s handmade ceramic pieces are fragile and must be handled with care. Refunds are not possible after safely receiving your item.
